Books of Horror is a first-person horror game where you face Airana, a mysterious AI that controls your captivity. To escape, you must overcome procedurally generated simulations based on ancient “Books of Horror”

RULES THAT KILL

The core of the game is the Books. Each one imposes strict rules based on cryptic verses. In each game, Airana mixes two books simultaneously, forcing you to obey contradictory laws as you try to escape.

DEMO FEATURES

• Procedural mazes: No two games are the same. The environment changes in each simulation.

• 2 Unique Books: Face different entities with rules that will test your logic under pressure. The demo limits the number of books to 2, but the number will increase in the final version.

• Random Resources: Search every corner; key objects never appear in the same place.

• Languages: Play the full experience in Spanish or English.

Pre-generated content:
- Translations: Generative AI was used for translation into English, with subsequent human review and editing to ensure quality and consistency.
- Art, sound, and design: Generative AI was used in the prototyping phase to create reference sketches. Although the final assets, textures, and effects were created by humans, some elements derived from these prototypes may remain. Some sounds have been edited but retain the AI-generated base.

Live-generated content:
- None. Airana's dialogues were written entirely by humans, using AI solely as a creative reference to define her personality and tone, without generating text in real time.
