Fractured Universe is a Vtuber developed Turn Based RPG made in RPG Maker.

Taking place after the Fracture, a cataclysmic event that destroyed the multiverse, the remaining pieces of the multiverse collected together to form one singular universe. Now 300 years after its formation, the culture clash of factions from such wildly different worlds continue to put strain on the relative peace that exists. Now the dragon that the myth of the Fracture credits as its source is set to awaken and these factions may need to learn how to put aside their differences to make sure that that the dragon doesn't finish what it started.

The gameplay will feature an ATB style battle system inspired by Final Fantasy games. Every character will have his move set and passives very customizable (especially as time goes on and the level cap increases as chapters release), allowing for each character to be tailored to your playstyle. You can only bring 4 of your skills into battle, making you prepare and think about what to have for a specific encounter.

This game is developed by mostly first time devs and plan to profit none from this game. We have a wonderful team of first time VAs and a talented team of artists (of both digital and pixel variety). We made this as a passion for telling a story and getting it out there into the world. Although this game does feature a gacha system we WILL NOT and WILL NEVER have microtransactions.

We also plan to be very open to feedback from you and it WILL shape the game. We plan on allowing everyone to contribute to things like which characters to be buffed or what post-game content you like or dislike. You can either let us know via email or check out our X page where we will be running a lot of polls for the game.

The Prologue will be launched in the coming month, and Chapter 1 2 and 3 by the end of 2026. This game will feature "Arcs" and each arc taking place in a different fragment of a former universe. Our first arc takes place in a Magi-Tech Empire, with future arcs featuring steampunk, gothic, and jazz club inspired locations.

Fractured Universe launch with 6 Playable party members with 6 additional characters to release by the end of 2026 (and planning 8+ characters to be added every year until its story has been completed).
