Sim Tanks

Welcome to one of the most artful, and natural tank games you will ever play! Sim tanks allows you to play in natural places, on your own terms. With this new edition, language has been removed entirely. Anyone on the planet can play this game. You do not need to know how to read or write in any language to play!

This new version also allows you to play how you want. Play on your Steam Deck, docked or in handheld mode, PC, Windows, Linux or Steam OS! Do you like playing with a controller joystick? Joystick is supported, with automatic detection! If you are a normal PC gamer and like just the keyboard, everything just works, with your preferences in mind. 

Are you someone who wants to play bigger, or smaller? Well in this version, you can choose how big you play. If you are on the steam deck, this may come in handy, for normal small or grainy graphics. You can also scale the play to be smaller, which can look more serious, and be more enjoyable on desktop or laptop computers. 

This new version also allows you to select the speed of the battle. You decide how fast the ammo moves in battle, and don't worry, the battles have been improved to last a reasonable time of enjoyment. The previous edition, the battles lasted only 10 seconds or so. In this edition, the battles are more engaging, also with a health bar over your tank, and the computers tank. 

This edition has mostly the same boards as the first edition, but the new customization makes the experience much better for a variety of people of all ages, including many disabled persons.

Gameplay: (This game is a player vs computer game. There is no online play support. Thee is no story mode. There are two modes to choose from, Battle and Roam freeplay. With the many customization options, you never have to play the same way, and can always have a fresh new experience. At the start of a level, you select your ammo type, and then you must fight until you win the battle, or lose. You can make it more interesting by selecting super fast (>>>) in the menu. Play your way, how you want. Rewards are in game money that can be used to purchase more ammo in the game.) 

Further on customization and accessibility, the high contrast menu, automatically goes darker after a certain time each day. This new feature is made to enhance your experience, and comfort. 

This software is highly optimized, and on Linux is less than 3mb, and on Windows, less than 6mb. 

*NOTE: This game has not been tested or developed for 4K displays or higher. If you have a 4K monitor, you will need to change your resolution to at least 1080p to play.
