About This Demo

RUIN: Beast City is a stylish action game, inspired by dark anime and horror films. You play as the mysterious Adama, a lone assassin contracted to kill a group of mythical immortals.

They won’t be so immortal once you cut off their heads.

Load up your revolver with silver bullets and get ready to bloody your katana, as you hunt down your targets in the dilapidated ruins of the once glorious Beast City.

Features:

  • A combination of sword- and gunplay, as you parry, dodge and decapitate your foes.

  • A cool cel-shaded style and dark ambience.

  • A story of a man trying to kill his past, while uncovering a conspiracy to summon a primordial god.

In this demo:

  • Play one of the first levels and the fight with Target 01: Gilgamesh & Enkidu.

  • A sneak peak at the fight with Target 02: Ishtar.

Please keep in mind that various elements, including the controls, visuals, combat flow and difficulty are subject to change with the final game. Feedback and suggestions are welcome on the Steam discussion forum.

Progress from the demo will not carry over to the final game, but there may be an option to skip the specific boss fight.
