Miksi Early Access?

The game is already fully playable and stable, but it is being developed by solo indie developer. Early Access allows me to continue polishing, expanding content, and improving the overall experience based on player feedback, while maintaining stability and quality.

Miten kauan peli tulee arviolta olemaan Early Access -vaiheessa?

I expect the game to remain in Early Access for approximately 6-12 months. This timeframe may change depending on development progress and community feedback, as my goal is to release the game only when it reaches the quality we are aiming for.

Millä tavoin lopullinen versio tulee eroamaan Early Access -versiosta?

The full version will feature more content, including additional levels, entities, tools, and gameplay mechanics. I also plan to further improve performance, balance, visuals, and overall polish based on player feedback gathered during Early Access.

Mikä on Early Access -version tila tällä hetkellä?

The Early Access version is fully playable and stable, featuring the core gameplay mechanics, cooperative mode, and several complete levels. While the game is already enjoyable from start to finish, I plan to continue expanding content and refining systems throughout Early Access.

Yes, I plan to gradually increase the price as new content and features are added. The final release is expected to be priced higher than the Early Access version to reflect the expanded content and overall improvements.

I plan to actively listen to player feedback through Steam discussions, community hubs, and social media. Community suggestions and bug reports will help shape future updates, balance changes, and new content throughout Early Access.

Explore the multiverse of Backrooms, a world built from diverse lore and unique author expansions. Solve puzzles, use tools, and survive against relentless monsters. Some levels are calm and safe, while others push your fear to the limit. Can you escape the dangers that lurk around every corner?

Unique entities

In this game, you will encounter more than just same-sized anthropomorphic creatures. Some monsters are comparable in size to a human, while others are far larger and more imposing.

Various tools

Throughout the level, you will discover a variety of tools required to progress. Each tool is seamlessly integrated into the character’s animations.

Deep lore

In this game, you will encounter both classic Backrooms levels and entirely new ones. The Backrooms exist as a multiverse, where you may meet other travelers and discover alternate versions of familiar levels.
