“I'm a solo developer and the game is still a work in progress [6+ months in]. There will be bugs to fix, balance improvements, and a lot of content still being built. I decided to launch in Early Access because I genuinely want players involved in shaping the game trough feedback and community discussions.

“The full release is planned to include complete bug fixes, rebalanced heroes and enemy stages, a polished UI, improved artwork, more units, more factions, new game modes, quality of life improvements, and full multiplayer support. Right now multiplayer is not in the game yet, and several factions and units are still works in progress. The full version is meant to be a significantly more complete and polished experience than what is available today.”

“The game is playable and fun. There is already a good variety of units to discover and the core mechanics are in place to learn and enjoy. That said, expect some bugs and balancing issues since I am still actively working on those. Please check the "About This" section for a full list of what is currently in the game. I read all feedback and it directly shapes what I work on next.”

“Feedback is honestly the most important thing for me right now. Balancing, new units, factions, and game modes will all be shaped by what players tell me. AFK Tactics is an idle autobattler where you collect heroes, build teams, and watch 3v3 tactical battles play out. With 200+ units, 30+ factions, and a complex stats system, every battle offers new builds and theorycraft possibilities.

Holy Order, Elves, Orcs, Skeletons, Demons, Dwarfs, Bandits, and many more. Mix classes (Tanks, Warriors, Mages, Assassins, Strikers, Support) and rarities to find the perfect trio.

• 30+ FACTIONS
Faction synergies and class bonuses shape the meta. Discover which combinations counter bosses and clear the highest stages.

• DEEP STATS & THEORYCRAFT
Armor, Magic Resist, Penetration, Crit, Dodge, Tenacity, Ability Haste, DoTs, and more. Equipment, set bonuses, and unlinked skills let you tune each unit for different modes.

• MULTIPLE WAYS TO PLAY

  • Adventure Mode — Progress through biomes and stages.

  • Eternal Spire — Endgame infinite content, random modifiers, warriors from any factions.

  • Roguelite Dungeon — 100-stage independant runs with rewards and scaling difficulty.
