Wordforge: Silent Letters is a dungeon-themed word roguelite where every word you place reveals new rooms, hidden dangers, and rare Silent Letters waiting to be awakened.

Explore handcrafted dungeon floors with randomized room contents, uncover enemies and rewards, and manage your health as risk increases with every submission. There is no traditional combat — danger is resolved instantly when revealed. Survival depends on smart word choice, careful positioning, and knowing when to push deeper.

Each descent is a self-contained run. Death returns you to town — but progress persists.

• Strategic Wordplay Under Pressure

Form words from your rack to explore rooms, recover health, uncover enemies, and claim rewards. Every placement carries risk — what you reveal may strengthen your run… or end it.

• Awaken Silent Letters

Discover glowing Silent Letters hidden throughout the dungeon. Use matching letters to awaken them for immediate health and score bonuses, and gather them to help restore the struggling town above.

• Run-Based Progression

Death ends the current descent and returns you to town. Permanent upgrades carry over between runs: collect hearts to increase starting health, gather pouches to expand inventory capacity, and recover rare books to unlock deeper floors as new starting points.

• Descend Deeper, Face Greater Risk

Each level grows larger and more dangerous. Choose carefully when to descend — or continue exploring in search of greater rewards.

• Explorer Mode

Methodically explore each dungeon floor, uncovering rooms and Silent Letters while managing risk and health. Progress rewards thoughtful exploration, not reckless descent.
