The Last Hand is a roguelike deckbuilder built around blackjack. Instead of building a traditional combat deck, you build a deck of modifiers that changes how the blackjack deck behaves, how hands are played, and how each run unfolds. Draw cards from a live deck on the table, stack rule-breaking effects, and build devastating synergies as you fight through twisted dealers and bosses on the way to The House.

Every run starts with the modifier deck you built. Every hand is shaped by the blackjack deck in front of you. Every choice pushes your strategy further.

BUILD A MODIFIER DECK
Unlock modifiers across your runs, then build a custom deck of them before you play.

These are not one-off power-up picks. Your modifier deck is the core of your strategy. It changes the rules of blackjack, alters how cards are drawn and valued, and lets you build around healing, greed, control, risk, or completely broken synergies.

Add new modifiers, swap them out, refine your setup, and experiment with different builds to find the most powerful ways to challenge The House.

TWIST THE BLACKJACK DECK
Your modifier deck directly affects the live blackjack deck on the table. Cards are drawn visibly during play, the deck shuffles on screen when needed, and the hands you play are shaped by the build you brought into the run.

This is not blackjack with random bonuses layered on top. Deckbuilding and deck manipulation are central to the experience.

Natural blackjacks, forcing dealer busts, and other strong plays can restore health. One mistake at low HP can end the run.
