End User License Agreement (EULA)
for Duel Abyss Latia

IMPORTANT READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE.

This End User License Agreement (Agreement) is a legal contract between you (User or Licensee) and WU ZHANGHUA (Licensor, we, or us) regarding your use of the video game software Duel Abyss Latia and any associated updates, downloadable content, documentation, and related materials (collectively referred to as the Software).

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.

1. Grant of License
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Software for your personal, non-commercial use on a single device.

2. Ownership and Intellectual Property
The Software and all intellectual property rights therein (including but not limited to code, artwork, graphics, music, sound effects, characters, storylines, and trademarks) are the exclusive property of Licensor and its licensors. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you; it is merely a license to use the Software. You may not sell, rent, lease, distribute, or sublicense the Software.

3. Restrictions
You agree not to, and will not permit others to
Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the Software.
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices displayed in or with the Software.
Use the Software for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to streaming for profit without prior written consent.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT ITS OPERATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED.

5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. LICENSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE.

6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

7. Changes to Agreement
Licensor reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Agreement within the Software or on the official website. Your continued use of the Software after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
