About This Game

Story

You’re exhausted.
Jane is stuck in a city that feeds on her doubts, fears, and unresolved grief.

By night, she fights monsters born from her own shadow.

Gameplay

SLASH YOUR WAY through an interconnected city

Save your progress in Photobooths.
Heal through Streetlamps and a rechargeable Lighter that rewards aggression.

When you die, you leave everything behind.
To get it back, you must face your Shadow — a version of you that fights exactly like you do.

Balance two currencies:

  • Happiness — spendable, fragile, easily lost

  • Misery — earned through risk, used for growth

Choose how much you’re willing to suffer to become stronger.

Two modes shape the experience:

  • Nightmare — intended, punishing, and rewarding

  • Daydream — forgiving systems with the same combat challenge

Block, parry, kick, and break the enemy's poise.
