DWELL is a first-person psychological horror game about being stranded overnight in a remote mountain region where familiar spaces slowly turn strange, and every ordinary detail starts to feel wrong.

Minh Thu, a 26-year-old young woman trying to escape the pressure of her life, drives deep into the mountains for a quiet break. When her car breaks down in the middle of nowhere, she’s forced to take shelter in a stranger’s house on the edge of a dark forest. As the night goes on and the atmosphere grows increasingly unsettling, she begins to suspect something out there is watching—and she might only survive if you make the right choices.

This game is primarily a first-person narrative walking simulator focused on slow-burn tension, exploration, light environmental puzzles, and tense chase-and-hide sequences instead of combat.

DWELL is a psychological horror experience built around a tense atmosphere rather than graphic imagery. Throughout the game, you may encounter scenes of being watched, stalked, or chased in the dark, unsettling audio and visual effects, and references to disturbing events.

In later sections, an inhuman entity begins patrolling certain areas. You’ll need to avoid this presence while exploring the environment and solving puzzles in order to progress.

There is no graphic gore, sexual content, or explicit self-harm depicted in the game. However, the overall tone is intense and may be disturbing for some players, especially those sensitive to themes of isolation, pursuit, and unseen threats.
