About the Full Version

PIECES OF THE DEEP is an auto-run roguelite action game where survival depends on split-second decisions.

You play as Nyarmar, a small creature who lost its home.
Rescued by an ocean exploration team, Nyarmar descends into dangerous underwater ruins in exchange for survival.

Every dungeon is procedurally generated.
Avoid obstacles, defeat enemies, choose branching paths, and push deeper into the unknown.

Defeating the dungeon boss grants you ancient materials and blueprints — “Deep-Sea Relics.”
These relics unlock new technologies and equipment through research and analysis.

Explore. Grow stronger. Descend deeper.

This is not a hero’s tale —
but a record of recovery.

In this title, generative AI was used in a limited and supplementary capacity during certain stages of the development process.

Specifically, some background images and item visuals were created based on materials generated by AI, which were subsequently edited and refined manually before being incorporated into the game. In addition, certain 3D models were initially generated using AI tools and then further adjusted, modified, and finalized through manual work.

The use of generative AI was strictly limited to assisting the art production workflow. No generative AI operates during gameplay, and no game content or mechanics are generated or altered by AI at runtime.
