1. Establish Your Government and Recruit Talents to Build an Exclusive Jiangdong Shogunate

As a force in Jiangdong, you can independently search for and recruit wandering talents scattered across Jiangdong to gradually strengthen your strength. Top-tier famous ministers and generals in Jiangdong, such as Zhou Yu, Lu Su, and Lu Xun, have all assisted Lord Wu and held important positions; they cannot easily surrender to you. However, you can recruit middle and lower-level generals and talented scholars from humble backgrounds in Jiangdong, cultivate them carefully, and appoint them according to their abilities. As the saying goes, "A skilled craftsman can turn rotten wood into a useful utensil." With proper training and deployment, these seemingly ordinary talents can also distinguish themselves on the battlefield, achieve remarkable military exploits, and become indispensable pillars of your shogunate.

2. Train Your Private Army and Forge Elite Troops Exclusive to Jiangdong

Your private army is the fundamental reliance for you to take root in Jiangdong and compete against other warlords. You can independently recruit private soldiers, with a completely independent establishment and exclusive training system, without being incorporated into the regular army of Wu. The game inherits the rich unit settings of "End of Han Dynasty Hegemony". Based on the water town terrain of Jiangdong, you can targetedly train basic units such as infantry, archers, and naval troops. In this Wu Campaign, you can unlock exclusive elite units of the Wu State, such as Jiefan Soldiers, Chexia Tiger Warriors, and Danyang Soldiers. Match them with generals' exclusive traits, rare treasures from Jiangdong, and exclusive naval equipment to carefully forge an iron-blooded private army of Wu that is invincible in combat, loyal only to you, and capable of fighting freely on both land and water.

3. Govern Your Territory and Consolidate the Foundation of Your Force

Lord Wu will enfeoff you with strategic locations in Jiangdong such as Wu Commandery, Kuaiji Commandery, and Danyang Commandery. You need to start from scratch and manage your territory carefully: renovate city defenses to strengthen the city, reclaim paddy fields to replenish grain reserves, dredge rivers to facilitate transportation, and develop fishing and commerce to increase financial resources. Fully ensure the grain reserves and financial supply of your territory, make full use of the unique water town terrain of Jiangdong, steadily consolidate the foundation of your force, and accumulate sufficient strength for defending Jiangdong and marching north to conquer the Central Plains in the future.
