„Beards vs. Claws is being developed by a solo indie developer (me!), and Early Access allows me to work closesly with the community while contiuing to build and refine the game, often based off of precious community feedback.

The core gameplay and technical foundation are already in place, but many aspects will benefit greatly from real player feedback, especially balance and performance across different hardware.“

This system helps me efficiently process large volumes of feedback and focus development efforts where they matter most.

While not every suggestion can be implemented, community feedback will directly influence how the game evolves throughout Early Access.“

Beards vs. Claws is a fun, chaotic first-person sandbox shooter set in a fully destructible world environment where the battlefield is never static, and every match reshapes the map.

A fully destructible sandbox where the map changes with every decision. Dig, build, and destroy to adapt the battlefield to your strategy.

Everything in the world can be destroyed, mined, or built upon in real time - from the ground below to the walls and towers above.

Dig tunnels to flank your enemies, carve out trenches for cover, or build bridges and platforms to gain the high ground. The terrain is a tool, a weapon, and a strategy all at once.

As players fight, dig, and build, the environment is constantly reshaped by rocket explosions, bridges and newly carved tunnels throughout the map.

Jump into fast-paced multiplayer matches with friends, or play solo against bots. Beards vs. Claws offers a variety of classic and sandbox-style gamemodes, including:

  • Deathmatch (free for all)

  • Team Deathmatch

  • King of the Hill

  • Capture the Flag

  • Sandbox - no limits, cheats enabled, do whatever you want

Whether you want competitive chaos or pure experimentation, there’s a mode to match your playstyle.

Every level in Beards vs. Claws is created using the official built-in level editor - which is also freely available to all players.
