As the newly appointed Special Investigations Chief of the Bureau of Crisis Response (BCR), a secret agency dedicated to handling such incidents, your duty is to delve into the heart of these bizarre events. Utilize your intellect, strategic prowess, and the unique abilities of your agents to uncover the truth and maintain the city's fragile peace.

They wield special devices called “Packaged Items”, enabling them to harness the power of contained Visions, though this power comes with risks and costs.
