Make huge mountains, floating islands, and even eighteen levels of hell that no one has ever seen before. Connect lands with various transportation methods. Build the world you manage in your own style!

Sentence and punish souls in order to give them a new life. The book of Life and Death documents underworld technology and verdict of souls. Build hell facilities to expend karma of all souls, and graduate souls to a new life. Unlock more facilities, explore combination of punishments, and develop your underworld to the next level. Be careful, the use of hell facilities impact the balance of nether elements, causing chaos or even more chaos.

Hire a team of soulkeepers with different personality and manage hell workplace in a fun way. Fulfill needs and wishes from employees, and be the boss in whatever the hell way you like. Your styles of management result in different reactions and diversified outcomes. High pressure 996 styled overtime, or work-life balance? It is all your choice!

Souls have needs too. They try to live a rich afterlife at Fengdu City. Help souls to remember previous lives, meet their needs, do recreations, and make new "soulmates". In return, they offer resources you need to run the hell. Always remember, decorate your Fengdu City with treasures and decors. And, they will follow.

There are many stories to be told in every underworld. With time spent, legends from the ancient Chinese myths pay their visits and leave behind stories to be explored. Imagine meeting Wukong bringing chaos to the underworld... Choose and explore options that result in different outcomes.
