About This Game

STILLWELL – A Memorial in Darkness

Your sister went missing investigating Stillwell Sanatorium — site of a 1951 disaster that killed 80 patients and staff. Now you're going in after her.

MINESWEEPER IN THE DARK

Each ward is a spatial logic puzzle. Spirits occupy the corridors. You can't see them but your tools can help you find them.

Your lantern reacts to nearby presence. Your flashlight reveals what's hidden - but every spirit you expose moves closer. Chalk lets you mark confirmed danger without disturbing the board.
Every step costs oxygen. Plan carefully. On your last breath, make your way out.

TENSION CURVE

Calm - Explore and gather information while resources are plentiful.
Strategy - Oxygen runs low, tools are limited, and every deduction matters.
Panic - Mistakes compound, visibility is scarce, and survival becomes urgent.

REMEMBER THE VICTIMS

Three record fragments per ward tell the story through bureaucratic documents and your sister's fragmented messages. Not all records survived. Connect the pieces yourself.

AN ATMOSPHERIC MEMORIAL

No jump scares. No combat. Only the weight of institutional failure and the stories of people who deserved better.

Stillwell does not ask you to fight. It asks you to witness, to document, and when you can, to offer mercy.

Complete Elena's work. Document the names.
