Demo Notes

We made this Demo as a proof of concept in ~3 months. We’re still at a very early stage. Pre-pre-pre alpha you could say. There are a lot of missing content and features like dialogue history, save/load, and is currently available in English only. We hope you enjoy what we put together and please share your feedback to help us make this game better and know what to focus on next!

Story 

It’s August 9th, 1986. You are Detective Gene Burning, sent undercover aboard a private cruise ship to solve a murder. Your only way in? Pose as the ship’s recreational ballroom dance teacher. Your job is to investigate the murder of Stephanie Delafontaine, chief science officer of the Bolero Chocolate Company. 

Suspects will waltz, tango, and cha-cha-cha their way into exposing their darkest secrets. Create custom dance choreographies, teach them how to dance on beat, and uncover hidden clues to reveal the real killer. Because sometimes the truth only comes out on the dance floor.

What to Expect in this Demo 

• ~1 hour of gameplay covering Chapter 1 of the story 

• One dance - the English Waltz

• No voice acting (but all sorts of bleepy bloop sounds)
