My Girlfriend is a V.A.M.P. — Vampire Autistic Magic Princess is a narrative-driven adventure game in which you guide your girlfriend through dangerous environments and everyday situations to bring her back to her castle.

Here, the challenge isn’t fighting enemies, but navigating daily situations that can be sensory-overwhelming. Through dialogue, care mechanics, and emotional support, the player helps protect the princess from overstimulation, shaping both the journey and the relationship between characters.

On your girlfriend’s birthday, you discover that she is, in fact, Patricia Rebecca Isabella Nastya Carol Elena Saori Silva — a Vampire Autistic Magic Princess who must return home to celebrate her birthday and assume her duties as a future ruler. She was sent to the human world to live among nonpires and promote peaceful coexistence between the two peoples.

However, as a VAMP who experiences specific sensory and social overloads, she struggles to make the journey back on her own. The player acts as her support throughout this journey.

Princess emotional management: The princess has a well-being meter that fluctuates based on the dangers she is exposed to. It’s up to you to notice her anxiety levels, expressed through gestures and actions. If the panic line reaches critical levels, the princess enters a panic state and becomes difficult to control. If the bar fills completely, she goes away.

Dialogue that deepens bonds: Multiple dialogue moments give the princess personality, revealing her humor, desires, and insecurities. Empathy is key to choosing the best responses and growing closer to her.

Protection against sensory triggers: You must guide the princess away from hazardous areas, such as direct light, keep NPCs or disturbing objects at a distance, and avoid smells she cannot tolerate, among other challenges.

Multiple Endings: Depending on your performance and empathy, multiple endings can be achieved.
