Twenty years have passed since the old county hospitals were reduced to ashes by an independent researcher. Those same facilities have been rebuilt to experiment on an unknown organism discovered in ancient caves. The experiment has spiraled out of control, infecting everyone on-site and the hospitals. An elite special forces team has been deployed with one mission: destroy the Mother Organism and wipe out every last trace
