Digital Darkness

Digital Darkness is a semi-linear, story driven game with a first-person tactile combat system. Use a variety of weapons and abilities to overcome opposition as you make your way high up toward the Clock Tower, in hopes of changing the timeline to create a different future.

Miksi Early Access?

We would like to include player feedback earlier in development so we can shape the core game play of Digital Darkness into a more enjoyable experience.

We're estimating we'll be in early access for a couple of weeks or months.

Millä tavoin lopullinen versio tulee eroamaan Early Access -versiosta?

The Early Access version will contain the first couple of acts of the storyline, but not the complete story from end to end. We plan to be adding more side storylines, new city sectors, new weapons and abilities, and the final acts of Digital Darkness's main storyline while in Early Access.

Mikä on Early Access -version tila tällä hetkellä?

This version of Early Access includes the first Storyline Act along with the first two Sectors of the City. The Undercity and the Gutters.

Muuttuuko pelin hinta Early Access -vaiheen jälkeen?

We will most likely increase the price when moving to 1.0 out of Early Access, However we will make a full announcement days to weeks before the price increase to inform everyone.

Control a vessel from a first-person perspective. They have thoughts and had a life of their own. Give them power through fate so they may have a chance to change something. They have one true goal. Make sure it is completed. That is all...

The Veyora Corporation controls the city. They seek to keep order and balance by any means necessary against a growing darkness. The only thing that matters is reaching the Clock Tower and to try and change the timeline by pulling back the chains of time.

====Game Features====

// Fight for a different future // Wield the fragments of memories and emotions past // The City is a vast semi-linear world // Many stories have been chosen to be ignored, forgotten, or rewritten

-Engage enemies in a First-Person Tactile Combat system. Block and take cover with Physical Weapons to generate more Ammo and Core Energy. Use Long Range Weapons that use Ammo to finish off or start Engagements with. Use your Abilities that use Core Energy or the objects in the environment to sway a fight in your favor.

-Wield the 7 Elements of memories and emotions through Fragments to create unique Elemental Builds by combining Abilities, Weapons. and Fragments.

-Uncover the dark secrets and past of the City that has been suppressed and rewritten.

-Semi-Linear. As you progress through the Main Story you will unlock new Sectors of the City. Each Sector contains quests, puzzles, secrets, and blueprints for more Weapons and Abilities.

-Branched Storyline. Certain Decisions matter and will affect the trajectory of your main story with a few different endings.

-Defeat the high ranking members of the Veyora corporation that have control over the city.

You may encounter some unsightly opposition, emotionally stressed individuals, and those with high values. Ignore them, and make sure the vessel completes the goal.
