Bu Oyun Hakkında

YOUR AWAKENING

You wake up in a waiting room. A red chair. Fluorescent lights buzzing overhead. St. Mary's Psychiatric Hospital. But this place was closed years ago. You don't remember how you got here. The last thing you remember... February 1985. On the coffee table: old magazines from 1984 and a medical folder stamped "CLASSIFIED". Who is Patient X-7749? Your hands shake as you stand up. You need to find answers. You need to discover what really happened here.

A HOSPITAL HIDING SECRETS

St. Mary's is not just a hospital. It's a labyrinth of locked rooms, secret archives, and forbidden laboratories. Every floor hides stories of forgotten patients, psychological experiments, and doctors with too many secrets. Explore over 50 rooms, find hidden keys, unlock doors that were never meant to be opened. But beware: every truth you uncover has a price. Your mind is not ready for everything you'll find.

READ, DISCOVER, CONNECT THE PIECES

The game offers over 100 authentic documents to read: detailed medical records of 6 different patients, personal notes from medical staff, intimate diaries, family photographs, secret reports. Each document is a piece of the puzzle. Who was Patient X really? Why did some patients disappear? What was Dr. Martinez hiding? Only by reading carefully and connecting the information will you be able to discover the terrible truth.

YOUR MIND IS YOUR ENEMY

In St. Mary's 1985, true horror doesn't come from monsters or jumpscares, but from your own mind. An innovative mental health system based on heart rate controls your every move. You hear it constantly, like a persistent drum in your ears. Every painful memory you read makes it accelerate. Total darkness triggers panic. The dying flashlight increases anxiety. When your heartbeat rises too high, your field of view narrows, the flashlight dims, breathing becomes labored and distorted. If you reach the limit, your mind breaks: you lose control of reality and everything restarts. You must manage your emotions, find positive memories that calm you, and reach the truth before your psyche collapses completely.

SURVIVE IN THE DARKNESS

The flashlight is your only ally, but also your curse. Batteries are scarce and scattered throughout the hospital. When the flashlight starts to flicker on its last reserve of power, you feel panic growing inside you. Your heartbeat accelerates. Breathing becomes heavier. If it goes out completely, the darkness becomes unbearable and your mind falls into total panic. You must choose: explore all rooms in the dark to find resources, or move quickly toward your objective risking missing crucial information? Each battery found not only recharges the light, but momentarily calms you, slowing your heartbeat. Survival is a continuous balance between exploration and self-control.

THREE ENDINGS, THREE TRUTHS

The truth you discover determines how your story ends. Surviving is not enough: you must understand.

The game offers 3 completely different endings based on the documents you find and the truth you reconstruct. Each ending reveals a different perspective on what really happened to Ethan and St. Mary's Hospital. Some memories can heal. Others can trap you forever. And if you discover enough, the final truth will completely change your perception of everything you've experienced.

The disappeared patients, the mysterious Patient X, the secret experiments, the altered documents: everything leads you toward a truth that will change your perception of everything you've experienced.
