«Escape Ruin is a systems-heavy roguelike deckbuilder, and Early Access allows us to refine its balance, pacing, and difficulty with real player feedback. The game’s core mechanics thrive on iteration, and community input is vital in shaping encounters, card synergies, subclass identities, and overall progression. Early Access lets us ensure every build path, character, and plane feels meaningful, fun, and challenging.»

«We estimate 8 months of Early Access development. This timeframe allows us to add all planned content, polish balance, expand the world with new planes, and incorporate community-driven improvements.»

For the full release, our current goal is to significantly broaden the experience by adding more content and depth. This may include:

- A larger pool of cards, relics, events, and bosses
- Ongoing balance tuning, visual improvements, and expanded build paths
