Overbit is a 2D RPG that takes place inside an old computer.

You just became its new user.

Unfortunately, the computer has been abandoned for quite a while, half of its files are missing, and there's like... people living inside?

Well, seems like you are "The Chosen One" who need to save them...

Shouldn't be too difficult.

Explore The System

Hover around folders, applications and other parts of the system while meeting the creatures living there.

Open files, Talk to "people", PLEASE DON'T OPEN THE WORK FOLDER.

There's a lot left behind in here.

Fight to the beat

Things inside the computer aren't always friendly.

Battles combine bullet hell gameplay with music, with attacks and mechanics designed around each song.

Dodge bullets, follow the rhythm and be fast.

And don't get too comfortable.

Battles in Overbit aren't particularly interested in following the same rules every time.

Your desktop is part of the game

Windows can move.

Programs can open.

Your mouse can disappear.

Sometimes the game might take more than you gave it.

It's probably fine.
