Why Early Access?

“I’m offering Early Access to develop the game alongside the community. The goal is to gather feedback, identify issues, and adjust the design while expanding the core content. Player input is essential for balancing mechanics, improving progression, and ensuring the final experience is as polished and enjoyable as possible.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“My intention is for Early Access to last around six month. However, this period may be extended if necessary to ensure the game reaches the level of quality and content I aim for before the full release.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“For the full release, I plan to add more content. I’d like to include additional worlds, more enemy types, and new playable characters. I also want to introduce a few more gameplay mechanics. My goal is to develop and refine all of this content with the help of the feedback received during Early Access.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The game is currently in a minimally playable state. It features one character, one world, and over twenty enemy types. The leaderboard system is already implemented, and the character progression system is fully functional.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes. The price will increase slightly once the game leaves Early Access to reflect the new content and improvements added over time.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“The community will play an active role during Early Access. I plan to use a Discord channel for direct communication, along with surveys and discussion spaces where players can suggest ideas, report issues, and vote on features. Their feedback will be invaluable for guiding balancing decisions, future content, and development priorities.”

About This Game

An endless horde of monsters advances without rest. There are no walls to stop them.
Only you… and how long you can survive.

Behold the Horde is an action roguelike with automatic combat and infinite waves, where the goal is simple: survive as long as possible against an ever-growing, increasingly brutal horde.

Face explosive enemies, projectile barrages that flood the arena, meteors falling from the sky, and creatures that slow you down or trap you. Chaos intensifies with every wave, and adapting is the only way to stay alive.

Defeat enemies, collect resources, and choose upgrades during each run to create unique combinations that completely change how you play. Every decision matters when a single mistake can mean the end.

No two runs are the same. Unlock permanent upgrades between attempts to push further in your next run and challenge increasingly higher limits.

Survive as long as you can, achieve the highest score, and climb the online leaderboard to prove you can endure where others fall.
