Why Early Access?

“Civics Scribble has been developed with the understanding that the best puzzle games come from multiple phases of community-driven feedback. We see Early Access as the right path forward for several reasons. First, Early Access gives players the opportunity to test and rate levels. That information is then used to iterate on lower-rated levels and focus more on the types of levels players want. Second, Early Access gives players the opportunity to test out the full level editor, including creating and locally saving their own levels.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“About two months, which gives us time to incorporate feedback into the final version.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“In the full version, we plan to have nine full worlds (108 campaign levels) and a robust level editor that includes the ability to create, save, and share original levels with other players. ”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version currently has five complete worlds worth of levels (60 levels), plus collectibles and story elements that unlock with player progress. Additionally, the Early Access version has a full level editor where the player can create, upload, and share their original levels with others.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“No, we are not planning on changing the price when we leave early access. We are committed to keeping the price stable throughout the development process. ”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Players can use the in-game rating system, Steam forums, bug report forms, and join our Discord to stay involved over the course of our development. We read and take into account all forms of feedback and players are encouraged to share their thoughts in a way that works best for them.”

About This Game

Civics Scribble is a line drawing game with a trivia twist. Use your physics, civics, and drawing skills to navigate tricky puzzles and test your civics knowledge.

DRAW YOUR WAY THROUGH OVER 100 UNIQUE LEVELS

Using the power of the almighty pencil, draw paths to build momentum, avoid danger, and guide Mr. Apple to the correct barrel.

CREATE AND SHARE YOUR OWN LEVELS

Start from scratch or edit campaign levels to challenge yourself and other players. Just remember to wear your hard hat!

CUSTOMIZE YOUR APPEARANCE BY HELPING FAMILIAR FACES

Unlock fun hats and outfits by teaming up with Mr. Apple’s cousins to solve special double-apple levels! Take home a souvenir as a reminder of good times spent with good apples.
