A physics‑based sandbox 2D adventure of survival and exploration. Gather resources to build bases, contraptions, and outposts on land or in space, but since everything keeps its mass, hauling it around requires smart planning.

About This Game

Playtest

I'm sharing the entire development journey and I'd love to get continous feedback to help development! (See the YouTube link in the sidebar)

  • Right click inside the "zone" to start building!

  • You can move, resize, combine, split, and delete shapes in there

  • Select two shapes in the zone, and then right click one, to see the "joint" menu

Current State

The game is very rough around the edges and even crashes sometimes (mostly when shapes are deleted by colliding too hard), so be warned, save often!

You can enable god mode with G, but that's only meant for testing purposes.

Press Esc -> Controls to see a list of all controls.

Survival Scenario

A randomized spawn on a planet with average gravity. Use your initial minimal resources to build a contraption to try and bring back a boulder to the station, increasing your resources. You can build and delete anything that's inside the "zone" (focus on one of the walls to activate it).

Venture east to find an abandoned miner, if you manage to bring power and storage then you can fire it up the get even more resources!

Once you've attained some rare resources you can construct more Zone Modules, letting you modify your zone! If you chose to expand your starter zone you'll need a contraption that can for example lift and torch your wall, to insert more segments by lifting and welding them together. But be careful! Unwelded zone modules do not create a zone, so ensure you've planned accordingly before starting construction!

The physics are generalized, you could slap a thruster on a planet for example, to change its orbit.

The game is rather unforgiving so be prepared to restart multiple times

Future

I want to add a bunch more stuff! Without getting too specific:

  • Sound effects

  • Visual effects

  • More modules

  • More joint options

  • Asteroids

  • Planets

  • Moons

  • Better "Content" - what I call all resources, materials, costs, and produce, that are easy to change

I want to hear your thoughts! Help me steer this development ❤︎

AI Generated Content Disclosure

The developers describe how their game uses AI Generated Content like this:

I use generative AI to assist with specific issues, often heavy in math, it also made the logo!
