Sidescrolling shoot n loot in a cyberpunk world.

You control a group of cyber punks and plow though nine levels of enemies to reach bosses and eventually take down the evil megacorp. To succeed you will need to loot weapons and gear from a big pool of loot, and find damage heavy symbiosises between your cyber punks.

Your cyber punks abilities are heavily modified by the equipment they loot, for example homing bullet modifications, skateboarding friend that stuns enemies, and similar game changers.

Stats - GHOST\\CHROME\\FLESH

Cyber punks are composed of the elements ghost/chrome/flesh (and so are your enemies). Each element improves your characters in certain areas.

• Ghost - Cybernetics, hacking, becoming one with the matrix

• Chrome - Speed, reflexes, dealing destruction

• Flesh - Survivability, size, being a meat wall

Weapons

When using a weapon tied to an element, you will improve in that element (and get worse in the others). There are three different weapon classes:

• Ranged weapons (chrome)

• Melee weapons (flesh)

• Cyberdecks (ghost)

Cyberdecks use RAM to run subroutines in the matrix for buffing your friends, or dealing damage to enemies through virus, or why not both at the same time? You will execute ALL subroutines, not matter what runner has it equipped.

Equipment

To really shine, your cyber punks need to find good combinations of equipment to fill up their equipment slots:

• Head

• Implant

• Chest

• Arms

• Legs

Luckily your team consists of up to four cyber punks, so that will increase your odds of finding game breaking possibilities.

Damage types / Vulnerabilities / Resistances

There are four damage types:

• Ballistic damage is resisted by armor. But if armor is decreased enough, the damage will increase instead.

• Virus will damage ghost but is resisted by chrome.

• Fire will damage the weak flesh, but is resisted by ghost.

• Corrosion damages your precious chrome, but is resisted by flesh.

Your ghost/chrome/flesh sets your base resistances, but can luckily be improved with gear, just as your armor.

Are you punk enough to take on the challenge? You don't need to go alone, either you control the entire group of cyber punks with the help of AI, or play with your friends.
