Claim your legacy in Frontiers of the Realms. This turn-based strategy game blends 4X exploration with tactical deckbuilding. Build your settlements and manage resources, but beware: the cards you play to gain resources often grant them to your opponents as well. Will you conquer the borderlands through economic dominance or military might?

Welcome to the Frontiers

In Frontiers of the Realms, you take on the role of a young noble stepping out of the shadows of your ancestors. You have set out to claim your own territory in the "Frontiers"—a wild, uninhabited region nestled between rival kingdoms. Your goal is to establish a thriving realm, gather resources, and outwit rival lords in a battle for dominance.

Build Your Strategy

Before the game begins, victory is planned in the Deck Builder. You don't just wait for dice to roll; you choose which cards you bring into the match. Will you focus on a deck heavy with "Forestry Work" to rush early construction? Or will you pack your deck with aggressive military cards to catch your opponent off guard? Customizing your deck is the first step toward ruling the realm.

A Shared Fate

The core of the game is its turn-based card system. You use cards to gather resources, boost your production or assemble your troops. However, there is a catch: most cards affect ALL players.

If you play a "Slaughter" card to gain Sheep based on your settlements, your opponents might profit from it too. This creates a deep layer of strategy. You must time your moves carefully—play your cards when they benefit you the most, or when your opponents' warehouses are too full to profit from your actions.

Explore and Expand

The world is laid out on a classic hexagonal grid. You must send out scouts to reveal the terrain and find the perfect location for your first settlement.

• Economy: Construct villages and upgrade them into bustling cities.

• Resources: Manage your gathered materials to fund your expansion.

• Terrain: Utilize the landscape. Forests, mountains, and pastures all offer different strategic advantages.

Choose Your Path to Victory

There is no single way to rule the Frontiers. Whether you are playing against the AI or challenging other players, you must adapt your playstyle to the situation.

• The Builder: Focus on the economy. Construct the most impressive settlements, upgrade your cities, and win through sheer development and wealth.

• The Warlord: If peace is not an option, turn to steel. Build a military deck, train scouts and warriors, and crush your rivals' defenses to secure a military victory.
