Alchemist’s Arcana is a narrative puzzle game. You play as an alchemy apprentice who has returned home after years away, entrusted with managing a modest general store in place of your mentor. Armed with an alchemical grimoire, you learn the nature of unfamiliar instruments and apply hard-won knowledge to discern the true essence of countless objects brought before you.

Each visitor arrives with their own desires, doubts, and secrets. By serving them, you slowly piece together the quiet history of this seaside town—events that transpired long before your return, in a place that, to most of its inhabitants, is the entirety of their world.

Yet tread carefully.

Not all who dwell on this land welcome your presence…or your mentor.
