為何採用搶先體驗模式？

「The skill selection system, which could have been a strength of vampire survival games, actually hindered the flow of the game and caused stress. Therefore, we designed a minimal structure (three stages, two characters) and fast, short, yet replayable gameplay.

We plan to launch in Early Access to gather user feedback on how we can add cute characters and challenging stages.」

「We are considering a release period of approximately 3 to 6 months, taking into account user feedback while avoiding elements that would ruin the existing fun or extend the Early Access period.」

正式版預計會與搶先體驗版有何不同？

「We plan to expand the gameplay experience by adding playable characters and new stages. We aim to increase the roster from 2 to 5 characters. We are also working on improving the game's UI to enhance visibility and player convenience. Our goal is to refine these elements based on player feedback during the Early Access period to improve the overall quality of the game.」

搶先體驗版目前的開發進度如何？

「Currently, 2 characters (Witch, Black Cat) 3 unique stages are ready」

「We are offering the game at a lower price during Early Access to reward early supporters. We plan to increase the price gradually as we add more content and features toward the full release」

Witch and Rich is a survival game that combines simple controls with powerful action roguelike elements. You play as a formidable witch, vanquishing endless hordes of monsters and collecting Gold to build up your magical power and fortune.

Key Features

Easy, Yet Deadly Gameplay: Focus solely on movement. Your witch attacks enemies automatically, challenging you to achieve the dual goals of Gold acquisition and Survival amidst swarms of enemies.

Gold, Immediate Growth: In this world, Experience is Gold. Instantly acquire the Gold that spills from vanquished monsters to power up your abilities. With every moment of survival, you become stronger and wealthier.

Retro Pixel Graphics: Designed in a 2D pixel graphic style that evokes nostalgia, the game delivers both the fun of classic arcade titles and the deep immersion of modern roguelikes.

High-Difficulty Roguelike Loop: Death is permanent—you lose everything and restart from the beginning. However, challenge yourself to build better strategies and break your survival records by making new ability and skill choices each run.

Gameplay

PvE Survival and Farming: Slaughter the enemies filling the screen and diligently collect the dropping Gold. This Gold is the sole resource for your next level-up and growth.

The Joy of Progression: Use the collected Gold to unlock and enhance various skills and abilities. With your decisions, the witch will transform into an unstoppable sorceress.
