EXPLORE A WORLD THAT CHALLENGES YOU

The world is procedurally generated and unknown to you. Progress across a vast hexagonal map covered by the fog of war. Every "?" tile is a mystery: will you use your Cartography skill to identify danger, or will you move blindly at the risk of stumbling into a bandit camp? Discover dozens of dungeons, caves, markets, and unexpected encounters.

LIGHT IS YOUR WEAPON

Delve into dark dungeons where your torch is your only ally. Darkness is a deadly enemy: without light, your attacks fail, and you become easy prey. Craft your torches and fight monsters in a fast-paced arcade system where light management is the key to tactics.

RUTHLESS TACTICAL COMBAT

"The Adventure of Fred" is not an action game. Face bosses and hostile NPCs in demanding turn-based tactical combat. Success depends on your Initiative (Agility), your ability to Parry, and your stamina management. Clear entire bandit camps wave after wave, and defend yourself against hostile wildlife.

MASTER YOUR ENVIRONMENT

The world is not just a battlefield; it is a living ecosystem. Between battles, use your skills to exploit nature. Fish in murky waters, hunt game for meat and hide, or identify and gather rare plants using Herbalism. These activities are not mere distractions: they are vital for gathering the resources necessary for your survival.

SURVIVE SMART

Every night, you must make camp. Manage resources gathered during the day to build a fire, cook, and heal yourself using your Survival and Medicine skills. Succeed, and a "Perfect Rest" will boost your stats the next day. Fail, and starvation awaits. Survival is not a punishment; it is a strategy.
