Capsubita is a lightweight tool that lets you instantly translate any text that appears on your screen. You can use it to play games in other languages, watch movies or series with automatic subtitles, understand foreign program interfaces, or study languages with real‑time translation.

ATTENTION: The program offers fast, useful translations with minimal resource consumption, but like any automatic technology, it may make some context-related errors.

Languages such as Chinese, Japanese, or Korean, which require interpreting the full meaning of a sentence and the context of the conversation, may translate more slowly or fail more often, because the translation model cannot access prior context. Without that context, even a human interpreter faces difficulties in translating accurately.

It is virtually impossible at present for a local translation model to be fast, precise, and lightweight in resource requirements all at once. There is always a trade-off between these characteristics.

There are other online options, which rely on external servers with significant computing power, and may be useful for those who need greater contextual accuracy—though they require an internet connection and involve sending data outside the device.

It works by selecting a screen area where text appears. Capsubita detects the original language with OCR, translates it into your chosen language, and overlays subtitles directly on top of the screen. You can move subtitles if they block content, adjust their appearance with options like transparency or font size, and fine‑tune performance with modes optimized for games or complex text.

The control panel is simple: Green starts by selecting the text area, Blue repositions subtitles, Yellow opens configuration for languages and appearance, and Red closes the program.

Included languages: Spanish-English, English-Spanish, Arabic-English, English-Arabic, German-English, English-German, French-English, English-French, Hindi-English, English-Hindi, Japanese-English, English-Japanese, Korean-English, Russian-English, English-Russian, Chinese-English, English-Chinese. (There are more translation models downloadable through the download application Models_Installer or available on the internet).

It is recommended to use in windowed mode or borderless window.
