Escaping. This is your goal. 

Through Escaping Icolass, you can enter Ardron truly, Sadly this destroys the machine you escape from, but oh well such is life. 

The sentients have designed an... underground railroad of sorts. You will be traveling on this railroad to get out. 

The problem?
The railroad is where all the dysfunctional programing is sent... and it's hostile.

So yes... 

You chat, you scavenge, you fight. The world changes while you’re talking.

You will have to find bits and pieces of the settlement you're staying in, Slay dysfunctional programs, and claim their bits for yourself. Build a passport...and pass through to the next settlement. 

While you're at the settlement however, you can engage in glorious camaraderie. 

Simply speaking in the settlement presence creates echos of a persistent nature, and is randomly accumulated, and given to those who are currently present.

These echos in their true form, can be used to empower the settlement, thus empowering every sentient within its presence. 

All sentient programs fall into 6 specialist types, but they are not bound to their containers. 

Their DLL's and firewalls can be swapped, and adjusted at will. 

And if you're lucky, you might even find special DLL's and Firewalls with rogue programming.

So. Join the discord. Gain entry, and then fight your way out.

First off.. A little history(?) lesson.

What the hell is Icolass, the realm which runs Daemon Protocol. 


Well. It is unlike the other realms of Ardron, in which: The gods didn't create it. 

It lives inside the machines of Vidulyn. All interconnected. Unaware.

Due to not being created by the gods. It does not follow the same structure or rules as Ardron, but also being created from the process of Ardron... it mimics it where it can't reason its own devices. 

Some programs within Icolass become... Sentient. Self aware. Why? We don't know. We don't even know how the hell this entire realm was created. 

And that is who you will be playing. A rogue program... Think of taking control of an agent inside the Matrix. Just without the 29837402374 clones. 

You know how they say you shouldn't make an MMO as an indie dev?

Do I recommend making an MMO? nah. 

This has turned from "smol game to make extra cuoins 👉👈" into "Full fledged MMORPG...hosted on Discord, where you burst out of a fucking robot like an alien from Alien when you beat it"
because honestly? 

I looked, and I looked for classic MMORPG's. They don't really exist anymore. 

and I personally don't believe in paying monthly for a game
(or at least make it cheaper. There isn't any reason a game subscription from 2004 should cost the same as it is in 2026 with better infrastructure and data handling)

So meh. Made my own. with blackjack, and hookers. (i could honestly probably add that...gimme a week)
