The core systems — unit combat, 3-star progression, item drops, talent upgrades and campaign — are already playable, but i want to refine balance, polish gameplay, fix bugs, and expand content based on player feedback.

Early Access allows me to gather real player data, improve stability and pacing, and shape new features with direct community input.”

Boneforged Legion is a dark-fantasy undead auto-battler where you rise from death to command a relentless army of bone and shadow. Position your units, merge them to increase their Skull levels, gain XP, unlock powerful talents, and conquer an unforgiving world of the living.

As a forgotten warlord returned from the grave, you will recruit skeletal warriors, archers, mages and cursed champions — evolving them into terrifying elite forms through a multi-stage skull evolution system.

Battles unfold automatically, but victory depends entirely on your preparation: place your units wisely, strengthen your frontline, protect your ranged fighters, and prepare for deadly boss encounters. Every three rounds, powerful items drop, letting you enhance key units and build unstoppable power spikes.

Progress echoes beyond death — each major victory earns talent points that permanently strengthen your legion, run after run.

Death is not the end. It is your power.
