Why Early Access?

“DIVEBOMB: Weaponized Racing is my passion project built around my love of classic combat racers and motorsports in general. As a solo developer, Early Access allows me to release a polished and playable experience while continuing to develop the full story mode, additional levels, and expanded content. Player feedback during this period will directly shape the game's future development.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Approximately 1-2 years. Early Access will conclude when the story mode and all planned levels are complete. I will provide regular updates on development progress.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“At the full release of DIVEBOMB: Weaponized Racing, I plan to have completed:

-The complete story, set in a dystopian future, where corporations and governments fight to rule the world.
-Contracts, where players can learn more about the world of DIVEBOMB through additional driving based missions.
-Additional cars across all performance classes.
-Additional weapons.
-Improved multiplayer infrastructure.

Early Access players will receive all of this content at no additional cost and will be rewarded for their support with exclusive Founder's Edition content.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“At Early Access launch, DIVEBOMB: Weaponized Racing will be playable with a complete core combat racing experience featuring realistic driving physics, a custom event game mode and the beginning chapters of the story mode. It contains diverse cars each with realistic power curves and weight simulation with detailed customization involving visuals, weapons, armor, chassis reinforcements, traps that genuinely affects handling and combat with a tuning system to help players tailor each car to fit their driving style. Multiplayer will be available at launch with basic lobby hosting and joining.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“I plan to gradually raise the price as I ship new content and features.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Community feedback will play a direct role in shaping DIVEBOMB: Weaponized Racing throughout Early Access. I will actively monitor and respond to discussions in the Steam Community Hub and will use player feedback to prioritize bug fixes, balance adjustments, and new content decisions.

As a solo developer, I genuinely value every piece of feedback. Players who find bugs, suggest improvements, or share their experience will directly influence what gets worked on next.

I plan to post regular development updates keeping the community informed through social media channels on progress, upcoming content, and how their feedback is being implemented.”

Fueled by the love for classic combat racers and motorsports, DIVEBOMB: Weaponized Racing combines realistic driving mechanics with weaponized combat madness. Take on the challenge to win the biggest underground racing competition in the new world.

You are to take part in the DIVEBOMB Torunaments that take you across the country over diverse landscapes. To become the ultimate combat racer. Taking place in a world where corporations are gradually building up to rule the world and governments losing power by the minute. DIVEBOMB, broadcast live for anyone to watch through the freenet, is the modern day gladiator arena where drivers not only have to drive fast to win, but have to fight to survive.

With simulated realistic driving physics, car control is the primary way to win, yet without properly utilizing the weapons and traps in your arsenal, you may not even reach the finish line.
