Your opening pair defines your early abilities, combat tempo, and difficulty curve.

As the journey unfolds, you may recruit up to two additional heroes, forming a four-person squad.

The full game features six unique heroes, each with a distinct role, tone, and two Combat Styles that fundamentally change how they fight.
