“We expect the game to remain in Early Access for approximately two quarters (around 6 months). This is an estimate, and development may extend if additional features or polish are needed to deliver the best possible experience. We prioritize quality and meaningful improvements over strict deadlines.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version is planned to include a more complete and polished feature set, including expanded utility management systems, diplomacy mechanics, public transit systems, and improved map generation. Additional content and refinements will be guided by player feedback during Early Access. ”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version is playable and actively developing, and currently includes core systems such as city building, resource production, transportation networks, international trade, and policy-based decision making. While these systems are functional, they will continue to be expanded, balanced, and refined throughout the Early Access period.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We plan to keep the price the same during Early Access. The final price may increase upon or after full release to reflect additional content, expanded systems, and overall improvements. Any price changes will be communicated clearly in advance.”

About This Game

In NationForge, an economy simulation–strategy game, you are tasked with shaping your nation into a global economic superpower.

Resources such as minerals, water, fertile soil, and trade routes are scattered across a vast, dynamic landscape. Plan cities to extract minerals, grow crops, and manufacture goods to meet citizen needs and fuel economic expansion.

Citizens form the backbone of your nation’s workforce. They live in residential zones and drive your industries, administration, and diplomacy. There are four citizen classes — workers, specialists, administrators, and diplomats — each essential to your nation’s success. Provide essential goods and services to attract new residents, then expand your economy by producing luxury items and advanced materials.

Establish a national logistics network to connect your cities through road, rail, water, and air, enabling efficient resource flow and trade. Build utility grids for electricity, water, and waste disposal to keep your infrastructure running smoothly. Trade with other nations to import missing resources and export surplus goods, strengthening your position in the global market.

Advance your cities and unlock perks to specialize them as mining towns, agricultural hubs, industrial centers, logistics junctions, or urban metropolises. Each city contributes uniquely to your nation’s growth, helping you progress from a humble agricultural country to an advanced industrial and trading power.
