“Tippy’s Quest is entering Early Access to collaborate with the community while refining and expanding upon its established foundation. The core gameplay systems, including combat, inventory, skills, and progression, are functional and stable, providing a solid framework for continued testing and iteration. Early Access will allow me to gather player feedback, fine-tune balance, improve class and world design, and shape the overall experience through community involvement. This collaborative process will help the game grow into a deeper and more rewarding adventure over time.”

Visual effects, audio design, and interface elements will continue to be refined to enhance immersion and overall polish. Balancing and pacing will also be improved based on community feedback gathered throughout Early Access, shaping a more complete and cohesive gameplay experience.”

“Players can currently experience the primary gameplay loop, which includes combat, exploration, progression, and multiplayer functionality. The core systems, including inventory, skills, stats, equipment, storage, shops, combat, and leveling, are stable and integrated across all available maps.

The current build starts the players in The Dragon’s Roost, a central hub where players can visit vendors, manage storage, and select their next destination. Dimensional Portals within the inn provide access to endless wave-based survival worlds, while the front door leads to The Outlands, an open-world area that is available in an early, smaller form and continues to be a focal point of development.

At this stage, the game features five distinct enemy types, essential RPG interface elements such as a main menu, character creation, inventory, and stat screens, along with multiplayer compatibility across all environments.”

Tippy’s Quest is a top-down action RPG that combines classic open-world exploration, RPG progression, and endless-wave combat. The game's core loop is to battle through monster-filled worlds, collect powerful gear, and develop your character.

Players begin their journey at The Dragon’s Roost, an inn where they can manage inventory, access storage, modify/upgrade equipment, and visit vendors. From the inn, players can travel out the front door to the Outlands, an open-world region filled with roaming enemies and hidden secrets, or use Dimensional Portals to enter survival maps that challenge the player to endure against endless waves of enemies while exploring the dimensional realm.

Slain enemies can reward gold, items, and experience. These resources feed into systems of progression that encourage experimentation. Mix and match skills, skill builds, and equipment to push your character’s limits through risk-and-reward gameplay that is designed for both solo and multiplayer play.
