Tic Tac Rogue is launching in Early Access to grow with its players. Your feedback will help shape new classes, items, enemies, and more. I intend for community input to directly shape future updates.

I plan to have Tic Tac Rogue remain in Early Access for approximately 6–12 months. This timeline allows for meaningful content additions, polish, and iteration based on player feedback. This timeline may evolve depending on community engagement and development progress.

The plan is for the full version to include things such as:

- Unique character abilities for each class
- Additional playable classes
- More enemy types and bosses
- More Magic Items
- Cursed Magic Items
- Additional dice options
- Additional backgrounds / maps
- Controller support
- Improved UI/UX and quality-of-life features
- Polish and performance refinements based on feedback
- And lots more!

Mikä on Early Access -version tila tällä hetkellä?

The current Early Access version includes:

- Three playable classes
- Dice-Based combat on a tic-tac-toe grid
- Wave based encounters with regular and elite enemies, plus a boss fight.
- Limited amount of Magic Items to loot and purchase
- Endless mode unlocked after the boss
- Classic mode for local 2-player or AI matches

Essentially the core gameplay loop is stable and fully playable, with more content planned.

Muuttuuko pelin hinta Early Access -vaiheen jälkeen?

Yes. The Early Access version will launch at a lower price to reward early supporters. As new content and features are added, the price will increase for the full release.

Tic Tac Rogue is an indie roguelite game where classic DnD mechanics meet tactical grid combat. Play adventure mode and discover classic foes brought to life in a cute and funny pixel art style. Roll a D20 to attack, and place your moves on a tic-tac-toe board. Choose from three iconic classes and dive into an adventure filled with dice rolls, tactical placement, and evolving gear. Defeat waves of goblins and orcs, earn gold, and unlock unique magic items that reshape your strategy with every run.

Classic mode

Need a break from dice rolls and dungeon crawls? Classic Mode lets you play traditional tic-tac-toe with a friend (local 2-player) or against the AI - no magic items, just pure grid mastery.
