“Early Access is the ideal platform to develop this game alongside the community which can help impact the design. As a solo developer it is easy to get into design loops which aren't what is best for the game, having extra time during development assists in this issue.
Core balancing of units, rewards and overall difficulty require extensive real-world playtesting and feedback to achieve an engaging experience for all players. By engaging with players with balancing and features, we can gather crucial information about difficulty, identify unforeseen strategies/synergies, and ensure our gameplay is impactful and rewarding.
Early Access will allow to iterate rapidly, refine core mechanics, and evolve the game based on genuine player experiences.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Based on current plans the timeline is within 6 months to be out of early access, this will allow us time to develop core features and gameplay loop.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan for the full release to contain additional content based on community feedback during early access, some of the currently planned features are:
- Additional units
- Multiple difficulties of the core game mode loop with added challenges.
- Different map/level layouts
- Linux/Steam deck support
- Round and combat analytics”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version is fully playable and has all the content and features described on the store page.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“There is no intention to increase the price within Early Access or full release.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Community involvement is paramount to successful development of the game and plan to actively engage with players through the steam forums and our discord to fine tune balancing as well as brainstorm new content and features. ”
