Pourquoi choisir l'accès anticipé ?

« I believe Database Designer is a tool that can save a lot of time and effort for developers. I started this project around March 2025 after realizing my own need for building network projects quickly. A lot of blood, sweat and tears went into making something that felt great to use and mattered.

That said, there are still occasional freezes, edge cases that need better error handling, and areas that could use more in-depth documentation and code cleaning.

On top of that, I want Database Designer to feel like the best solution rather than a generic one. This means adding more UI options, customization (like themes), and cloud saves with a one-click solution.

Until these features are fully implemented and Database Designer runs perfectly, I’ll label it as Early Access. »

- Enhanced Networking and Collaboration: Support for multiple session types, secure login methods, and centralized/decentralized formats.

- Extended Tooling and Automation: More database types, custom templates, mod support, and better documentation generation.

- Advanced Integrations: SSO login, marketplace support, API visual programming, and improved C# class generation.

- Next-Level Functionality: XR-based designer, local HTML website documentation, automated SQL execution, and true database designing capabilities (create any custom table/type). »

« The Early Access version of Database Designer provides a fully functional foundation for creating PostgreSQL databases with no code required. You can:

- Generate SQL files including schemas, tables, references, and indexes.

- Auto-generate Markdown documentation for easy export.

- Create Entity Framework - friendly C# classes ready for integration.

- Use the tool completely locally, with no cloud dependencies.

- Benefit from PQC-resistant cryptography via Pariah Cybersecurity v2 by Walker Industries.

This version is stable for core database creation, but there are some occasional freezes and edge cases that need improved error handling. Some documentation and code areas may also need updating.

The Early Access release focuses on giving developers a fast, intuitive, and local tool while the team works on expanded UI options, customization (themes), cloud saves, and additional advanced features planned for the full version over time. »

« Database Designer is free for everyone. The core features—database creation, SQL generation, documentation, and C# class export—are fully accessible with no paywalls, so anyone can experience a complete, high-quality tool. This will be the case, forever.

To support ongoing development and help fund future improvements, there will be optional paid extras, such as new UI themes, additional customization, or early access to updates. These are entirely optional—they do not limit access to the core tool or its main features.

This approach ensures that everyone can enjoy Database Designer while giving dedicated users a chance to support its growth and help maintain development. »

« The community is at the heart of Database Designer’s development. Feedback from early adopters will help shape new features, improve stability, and refine the user experience.
I plan to involve the community by:

- Listening to bug reports and feature requests from Early Access users.

- Encouraging collaboration and discussion on forums or Discord for ideas, templates, and best practices.
