THEN, ENGAGE FOES IN INTENSE TURN-BASED COMBAT

After equipping your units with Commands and positioning them near enemies, begin the Battle Phase to lock-in your decisions and spend your remaining turns on battle actions. Switch between active party members and choose from their pool of four Commands to attack enemies, buff allies, and utilize unique mechanics. However, your units can only target enemies they are next to during the Board Phase, so be sure to plan both phases carefully.

CUSTOMIZE YOUR FULLY MODULAR CHARACTERS

Assign up to four unique Commands to your units to dictate their actions during battle. Commands include actions such as: attacks, buffs, debuffs, healing, status effects, and other character-specific mechanics. Equip weapons to add a passive bonus to a unit as another layer of strategy. Discover new Commands and weapons while exploring the world or learn them by leveling up your party members.
