Incinera: Pandemonium is a story-driven game that blends narrative, deductive puzzle-solving, and multi-branch visual novel gameplay. Through exploring environments, collecting items, triggering memory fragments, and completing mini-games, you will gradually piece together the truths behind each story — and the love that transcends time, identity, and fate. You will witness vows made amid warfare, feel the warmth lingering in letters, listen to dreams yearning for the sky, and guard promises weighted as a feather. You believe you are saving love — yet you have already fallen into a web of sophistry, conspiracy, and traps.

        “If the sky can only exist as a reflection upon the lake, at least love can bring me ashore.”

        G.o.Ls do not live among humans as legends claim, nor do they use bows, red strings, or mere willpower to make people fall in love. In fact, most so-called “gods” and “demigods” worshipped by humanity are themselves governed by the Love Goddesses. The true G.o.Ls reside outside spacetime, in a void world known as Avatamsaka — a place beyond the imagination of all intelligent life, and the eternal throne of the soul.

        At the center of this void world stands the grand Office of the G.o.Ls. In its center rests a silent yet formidable device known as Incinera, a thought-permeation apparatus. Totems and rulebooks left by past sages are meticulously arranged around it, guiding you in the handling of humanity’s complex emotions. By releasing immense energy, you may briefly enter the human world. Yet this capability has led to misunderstandings in the past: earlier G.o.Ls were discovered due to negligence, exposing bows and red strings that were never meant to be symbols of love, but rather safety tools for interdimensional traversal. Humanity’s ignorance gave rise to countless myths and names for “Cupid-like” beings.

        Incinera collects the quantum information of all matter within the human world, ignoring barriers of time, space, and    consciousness, and instantly implant that information into the neural systems of chosen individuals. As a result, humans may suddenly “think of” something. Nearly every human moment of inspiration or sudden realization is, in truth, guided by the G.o.Ls.

        The device can also interfere with the human world by creating unanticipated rainstorms and lightning, subtly steering human thought — the origin of strange phenomena such as “sunshowers” in human folklore.

        Incinera is powered by a substance known as the Potaras Blossom. Potaras Blossoms are plants that exist only in the void, yet due to unknown reasons, fragments of them have scattered into lower-dimensional worlds — including the human realm and the realms of so-called gods. Even a few blossoms releasing their energy are enough to propel human civilization forward by orders of magnitude. Every advanced civilization capable of constructing Dyson spheres has benefited from the fleeting presence of Potaras Blossoms.

        These plants require sustained quantum entanglement to germinate. Because the human world lacks genuine longing and pure idealism, Potaras Blossoms should never bloom there. And yet, at the very beginning of your mission, you uncover something deeply unsettling:

        A destitute wandering singer possesses a guitar crafted from Potaras wood. Passersby take no notice of it, as if such a powerful and precious energy source has already become part of everyday human society. How could a technologically primitive civilization possess an artifact that requires untainted longing to exist?

       It seems that in the 38th century Earth, something far more mysterious than your assigned mission awaits…
