Conqueror's Stage is a real-time grand strategy game of procedural worlds and total conquest. Lead one of eight factions from primitive tribes to Napoleonic armies. No fixed maps. No scripted history. Every campaign is a new world waiting to be claimed.

A New World Every Campaign

There are no hand-crafted historical maps here. Every playthrough generates a fresh continental landscape with its own terrain, coastlines, mountains, and strategic choke points. Your enemies start where fate places them. Your territory is shaped by the land itself. No two games will ever feel the same.

Five Epochs of Warfare

Advance your civilization through five historical ages:

- The Primitive Age — Scattered tribes, clubs, and raw aggression
- The Ancient Age — Bronze-era armies in loose formations
- The Medieval Age — Disciplined lines, steel, and siege
- The Renaissance — Mixed ranged and melee combat
- The Imperial Age — Clean volley lines and military science

Every epoch transforms your armies visually and tactically. Research unlocks new technologies. Your soldiers evolve on the battlefield.

Found, Upgrade, Conquer

Establish cities in neutral land. Grow them from villages to fortified citadels. Every settlement produces gold, every soldier demands monthly upkeep. Captured cities need time to recover before enriching your treasury. Expand too fast and you collapse. Expand too slowly and your rivals outpace you. Find your rhythm.

War is a Choice

Combat only happens between factions that have formally declared war. Neutral armies pass through each other peacefully. Every war is a commitment — and every enemy remembers.

Choose your conflicts carefully. Know when to strike, when to negotiate, and when to simply outbuild.
