About This Game

Intense Combat - Brutal Stealth

Cult members see, hear, and work as a group menace. Divide and isolate them using sound lures like bricks, bottles and scavenged items from the environment before striking.
Use stealth to ambush cultists, crush them in savage melee, or unleash raw loud firepower when things fall apart.
Every fight is quick, violent, and personal, no safety, no forgiveness.

Story

After his daughter is taken by a sadistic folk horror cult, one man sets out to hunt them to the last, through fields, barns, a decayed town and blood-soaked ritual sites,
Red Season is a dark, relentless stealth‑action game about vengeance and sacrifice where every step closer to the truth drags you deeper into the dark.

Sanity, Morality, and the Cost of Revenge

Each clue about your daughter’s fate changes you.
Some truths heal; others hollow you out.
As your sanity slips, so does your sense of justice. Can you still tell if you’re saving her… or just becoming another monster in the dark?

Oldschool Visuals, Modern Gameplay

Red Season blends retro PS1/PS2 aesthetics with modern third‑person controls and gameplay.

  • Swap freely between third‑person and first‑person cameras anytime during the action.

  • Switch shoulders to get the best angle on every shot.

  • Change stances — walk, run, sprint, crouch, go prone, or crawl — to traverse the surroundings.

Inspirations

Red Season is an ode to third‑person horror and shooter classics such as Manhunt, Kane & Lynch 2, Resident Evil 4, Dead Space, and The Last of Us — while telling its own unique story of vengeance, sacrifice, and the darkness in between.
