This DLC includes a brand-new challenge map level, which can be accessed by completing Room 403 in the hospital of Chapter 4.

The new chapter will bring you a new Hospital Room 403, an eerie silhouette begins to emerge as the walls and the very room warp around you. Can you press forward through the bloodshed and creeping mist?

In the DLC levels, players will embark on an exploration through Creek's nightmare, uncovering hidden truths through a series of parkour and puzzle-solving challenges.
