“Legacy of the Gladiators is a passion project built to let players run their own Ludus and shape the legacy of the gladiators they train. We’re releasing the game in Early Access so we can gather feedback on what mechanics and features resonate most with players. This feedback will help refine the experience and ensure the full release is the best it can be.”

“The game will remain in Early Access until July 2027 or until we feel like we've created a complete experience within our abilities and based on community feedback. The goal is steady progress toward a full release with consistent updates.”

Legacy of the Gladiators is a gladiator management strategy game where you take control of a Ludus (a gladiatorial school), train and upgrade gladiators, and lead them to glory in the brutal arenas of Rome. Your choices shape not only the warriors under your command, but also the fate of your house as you climb the ranks of Roman society.

Recruit gladiators, develop their skills, and invest in upgrades that enhance both their combat proficiency and long-term success. From raw recruits to seasoned champions, every decision you make determines whether they survive the arena or face defeat amongst the crowds. Alongside your gladiators, you’ll manage employees with unique talents and abilities that can influence your Ludus behind the scenes.

Navigate Dynamic Narratives

Your path isn’t only decided in the arena. Narrative events and branching storylines will challenge you with political intrigue, moral dilemmas, and shifting alliances. Do you prioritize honor, profit, or influence? Each decision builds your reputation and shapes the relationships between rival houses, creating the potential for different outcomes each playthrough.
