About This Demo

Follow the adventures of the recently reactivated robot D4-BB13 (or Dabble for short) as he travels near and far in his quest for the golden gears needed to repair the legendary Dream Machine. Meet a huge cast of colorful characters, and team up with new partners to explore the lands. Collect modules and items to power up Dabble in this classic turn-based, low-number combat system where every point of damage counts!

• Explore the surrounding regions! Scavenge the depths below the city's remains, brave the desert sands beyond the walls, and relax at a tranquil riverside village!

• Do you know about "Timed Hits"? Each of Dabble's attacks includes a short, timing-based challenge that can increase its damage. A well-timed button hit can also block some enemy attacks!

• Meet a colorful cast of zany characters during your adventures! Find loyal allies and sworn enemies!

• Experience a rich, toe-tapping soundtrack that spans from light-hearted to head-banging as you explore the world of the City of Dreams.

Demo Overview

The Paper Robot demo contains the entirety of chapter 1, and is expected to take 1-2 hours to complete (quicker if you really book it!). You can continue playing after completing chapter 1, but the game will not allow you to access any new areas beyond that. This demo provides a good example of combat against multiple types of enemies, and a handful of modules to choose from. Everything shown in the trailer is taken from the demo.
