D.R.I.F.T. was created primarily through traditional game development methods, but generative AI tools were used to assist in specific parts of the process. These tools supported the creation of certain visual assets, variations, and concept art, as well as helping refine some writing and promotional materials. All gameplay systems, code, mechanics, and final in-game logic were developed manually.
